		<description>Thanks so much for the review, Anne. You are right: Starhawk is in the index, but not the glossary. The glossary was the publisher's idea, I did it in a hurry, and I listed only some of the Pagan-movement figures who were quoted extensively in the book.

As the historical sections dealt mainly with the time before she emerged on the national scene, she was not listed there. 

Graham and I took a similar tack with THE PAGANISM READER: we did not want to necessarily quote the best-known writers, but the writers who in turn had influenced them and who deserve to be better known,  such as Charles R.F. Seymour.
